JY's Madrid Food Guide - Oct 2026

It has taken me a million years but I've finally finished the first version of my Madrid Food Guide !  I've written this wanting it to be a food guide for people who don't usually buy food guides (because I am also a person who doesn't usually buy food guides haha). Actually, you should probably only really buy this if you like the sound of what I like.  I love quality produce, interesting and delicious food - I moved to Spain for the ingredients and restaurants. Sometimes I find the seasoning in Madrid restaurants to be a bit too much for my preferences - I haven't had the same happen in other Spanish cities to date. My favourite kind of restaurant to find and eat at is one that's based on seasonal produce, whether it's high, mid or casual and I absolutely love fire.
